New Patient Offer

• Offer is valid to new clients only

• Offer is also valid to family members (if they are a new client)

• No obligation to start care at Gaia Chiropractic after chiropractor’s recommendations are given

• Allow 45 minutes for the first visit

• If X-rays are required, you’ll be given a referral and they are bulk-billed (subject to Medicare card eligibility)

• The initial consultation will include your first adjustment/treatment if the chiropractor deems your case suitable for care.

• If you have private health insurance that covers chiropractic services, you are eligible to claim your initial visit with your insurance provider.
